PVC Blinds vs Acrylic Canvas Blinds

PVC Blinds are cheaper to manufacture, more durable than acrylic canvas blinds, are fully washable (unlike acrylic canvas), & are UV treated as well as waterproof.

Another huge advantage when manufacturing a blind using PVC is that all seams can be done by fusing the PVC together (known as high frequency welding) thus eliminating the need for a physical stitch which doesn’t last as long as fusing.

Physical stitches are exposed to the weather & become worn, hard & brittle in no time at all resulting in broken stitching & seams that require mending & patching.

Acrylic Canvas Blinds are certainly the most popular blind when it comes to offering natural look & feel for the simple reason that they are manufactured using a percentage of natural cotton.
